Refund policy

At HeadSnaps, we want every guitarist to love their gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s how returns work:

• Returns: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Exchanges: Need a different size or design? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll sort it.

• Non-returnable items: Custom-made or personalized HeadSnaps are final sale unless faulty.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
